With standard thickness (30 micrometers of XH nickel coating and 25 micrometers of N3 chromium coating), it can obtain the anti-corrosion effect of CASS test for 200 hours (neutral salt spray test for 1600 hours), and it is in a leading position in China. In the "Electroplating Wastewater and Waste Gas Closed Circuit Recycling Process" project, Xinghui Company developed a comprehensive integrated solution for the closed circuit recycling process of electroplating wastewater. After the wastewater on the production line is up to standard, it is made into pure water and returned to the electroplating line for continued use; The exhaust gas generated by the closed-loop exhaust gas recycling process is spray-purified and then returned to the original electroplating production line for reuse. The overall technology of the project has reached the domestic leading level. The results of these two projects have been applied in the production of Xinghui Company, which has produced good social, economic and environmental benefits. The appraisal committee agreed to pass the appraisal of the results.
